Why does my product differ in color?
All Botanixx products are handwhipped and made in small batches. Each batch may vary slightly in color due to use of natural ingredients.
What is the processing time of order?
The processing time for orders: generally 2-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. This does not include shipping time frames.
How long is the shipment process?
You will receive an email with tracking information of your order - shipping usually takes between 3-5 business days Due to COVID-19, expect extended shipping time.
Are these products hypoallergenic?
The basic ingredients for our whipped body butters and soaps are as follows:

- Coaco butter
- Mango butter
- Coconut oil
- Coconut milk
- Rose hip oil
- olive oil
